Meet the Team
Co-Founder | Director of Finance
Prior to starting PARCO, John held leadership positions at various financial firms in Washington DC, St. Louis, and New York. Before that, he was Senior Analyst at Active Owners Fund, a U.S. focused hedge fund in New York. Prior to his time at AOF, John was an Analyst at Glenrock Asset Management, a global hedge fund based in New York. John has a B.S. in Finance and Value Investing from Fordham University where he was student president of the business school.
Co-Founder | Director of Operations
Prior to starting PARCO, Daniel led a team of retirement advisors, where he focused on improving client service and executing on client goals. Before becoming a financial advisor, he spent half a decade as an auditor at Red Robin and Caesars. He holds a degree in Finance from Butler University. Daniel is passionate about traveling, the outdoors, and loves a good adventure.
Co-Founder | Director of Marketing
Prior to starting PARCO, Quinn coordinated marketing efforts at a small financial services firm. Before that, she worked for G2 Crowd, an aggregator for verified peer-to-peer software reviews for business customers. While at UVA, Quinn led the marketing strategy team for the Rival, an online newspaper. She graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with degrees in Media Studies and Psychology.
Prior to joining PARCO, Jessica spent six years as a consultant for local school districts, colleges, non-profit organizations, and for-profit companies developing strategies to increase client engagement, content delivery, and employee retainment. Jessica holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, is fluent in Spanish and English, and loves spending time with their two children.
Before joining PARCO, Kaylee worked in both dental and nursing professions, spending the first part of her career as a dental assistant. Her passion for client service and helping people achieve their goals is what led her to PARCO. Kaylee resides in Michigan with her husband and two beautiful children. She enjoys camping on the Great Lakes during the summer, as well as exploring the beauty that northern Michigan has to offer.
Prior to joining PARCO, Mark spent nearly a decade as a Financial Advisor with AIG Retirement Services. He specialized in guiding teachers through retirement planning. Before AIG, Mark was a manager at AT&T in their Corporate Finance Group. He holds a M.S. degree in Accounting/Finance and a B.S in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. Mark is a board member of the Georgia chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association and co-chair of their annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser. He is an avid golfer and has volunteered at numerous professional and amateur tournaments around the country.
