Pensioned Americans Retirement Company

Our company was founded to solve the broad information gap between Pensioned Americans and their employing agencies' retirement systems. John Mantia

Co-Founder | Director of Finance

Prior to starting PARCO, John held leadership positions at various financial firms in Washington DC, St. Louis, and New York. Before that, he was Senior Analyst at Active Owners Fund, a U.S. focused hedge fund in New York. Prior to his time at AOF, John was an Analyst at Glenrock Asset Management, a global hedge fund based in New York. John has a B.S. in Finance and Value Investing from Fordham University where he was student president of the business school.

Daniel Hampel

Co-Founder | Director of Operations

Prior to starting PARCO, Daniel led a team of retirement advisors, where he focused on improving client service and executing on client goals. Before becoming a financial advisor, he spent half a decade as an auditor at Red Robin and Caesars. He holds a degree in Finance from Butler University. Daniel is passionate about traveling, the outdoors, and loves a good adventure.

Quinn Ackerman

Co-Founder | Director of Marketing

Prior to starting PARCO, Quinn coordinated marketing efforts at a small financial services firm. Before that, she worked for G2 Crowd, an aggregator for verified peer-to-peer software reviews for business customers. While at UVA, Quinn led the marketing strategy team for the Rival, an online newspaper. She graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with degrees in Media Studies and Psychology.

Miles Hancock
Retirement Strategist

Before joining PARCO, Miles served as Operations Manager at a real estate firm in Denver, Colorado. Before moving to Denver, he worked at Pierpont Securities, a broker-dealer in Stamford, Connecticut, in middle markets. An avid snowboarder, he spent time volunteering with disabled veterans teaching snowboarding with 501c3 “Move United” and “Warfighter Sports.”  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Fordham University in New York.
